Kyung Ryang Ko is a lecturer and researcher at Seoul National University. She holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and a B.A. in English Interpretation and Translation from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. She completed both her M.S. and Ph.D. in Business Administration at Seoul National University and received the Best Dissertation Award from the Korean Academy of International Business Management. Her research interests focus on initial public offerings, corporate governance, global strategic management, and digital transformation. She teaches courses in international business and strategic management.
