Jayoung Kim is a Ph.D. candidate in Strategy and International Management at the Graduate School of Business, Seoul National University. Her research interests include creativity and entrepreneurship, ESG strategy, and corporate strategy under uncertainty. Before joining the program, Jayoung worked as a project manager at the International Vaccine Institute, handling various vaccine development and delivery projects. She also served as a coordinator for international educational programs at Yonsei University.
