On 22 December 2021, alumna Seung-hee Jang (EMBA '09) donated a 100 million Won development fund to Seoul National University Business School.

Alumna Seung-hee Jang, who is working as a representative customs broker at Shinhan Customs Corporation said, “I am grateful for the education I had while attending EMBA classes and the relationship with professors and alumni. They have broadened and enriched my perspective to perceive the society” and added “Due to the prolonged COVID-19, everyone is going through difficult times. This has driven myself to donate with the belief that we should help each other in these difficult times.” She continued, “I expect more alumni to take an interest in the alma mater and participate in donations, and I will always support the Graduate School of Business that continues to contribute to the development of Korean Society.”

In response, Dean of SNU Business School Youjae Yi said ”Thanks to the warm donation news from our alumni, we would have a warm year-end at a time like this when everyone is having difficult time,” and he added with gratitude that, “I hope you continue to be a guide to the junior students of the Business school with a lot of affection and interest, and I wish you have a happy year-end.”
