교수소개

이정연 교수는 서울대학교 경영대학 및 경영대학원의 인사조직 분야에서 인사관리와 관련한 강의 및 연구를 하고 있다. 서울대 부임 전 미국 캔자스 대학에서 10년간 부임하였으며 서울대에서는 인사관리 그리고 평가/보상을 강의하고 있다. 최근 연구분야는 주로 (1)이직과 연관된 관리자의 보상 및 커리어와 관련된 이슈, (2) 최고인사관리자의 역할을 비롯한 인사관리가 회사의 성과에 미치는 영향, 그리고 (3) 개인과 회사의 성과증진을 위한 지적 자본 (인적, 사회적 그리고 조직 자본)의 역할 등이다. 이교수는 미국 산업조직심리학회에서 수여하는 최우수 논문상을 수여한 바 있으며 서울대 부임 후 차세대 신진학자 지원 그리고 경영대 석학연구지원을 받았다.
